пожалуйста помогите не могу установить pyaudio попробовал всё но не получается

Microsoft C++ Build Tools обновлять пробовал но нечего
буду рад помощи

попробуй скачать отсюда https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#pyaudio
в консоли перейти в папку со скаченным файлом и выполнить pip install full_filename
